Is your computer acting up? Whether it’s a virus, a misbehaving app, lost files, or a printer that just won’t cooperate, our Tech Geek Computer Troubleshooting service is here to help. We offer remote access support for both Mac and Windows systems, with a focus on individual users — though small business clients are welcome too.
In each 60-minute session, we’ll diagnose and resolve common issues such as:
- Virus and malware removal
- Apps not working as expected
- Lost or inaccessible data
- Printer and peripheral connection problems
- Social media access or account issues
- General system slowness or errors
You can choose to observe and learn during the session or simply relax while we take care of the problem. Either way, we’ll explain what we’re doing in plain language — no tech jargon, no pressure.
